We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not, you can return it within 28 days of purchase provided it is unopened, unused and in its original condition. For the health & safety of our customers we cannot accept items that have been opened.

For first time users we recommend choosing the smaller bottle so you can discover the formulation before committing to a full bottle.

TO START A RETURN: Please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email, or contact us at hello@billandartisans.com. A representative will contact you back to assist with your return. Please note that you are responsible for the return to us, including return postage costs and safety during transit.

Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method after we have received your return.

If there are any problems with your order please reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at hello@billandartisans.com with your order number in the subject line. The sooner you contact us the easier it is for us to resolve.

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. You will need to return your item for a refund and then place a new order.
