After making an order you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been confirmed. Please remember to check your junk mail folder if you haven't received it.

Once an order is in processing it is unlikely we can make changes or cancel it. However, if you have just recently made the order please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to help — either reply to your order confirmation email, or email us at hello@billandartisans.com with your order number.

If we are unable to stop an order, you will have to return it for a refund. Please visit the delivery & returns page for information.

All Bill & Artisans formulations are composed of ingredients at levels which are safe for use during pregnancy.

However, as every pregnancy is different, it is best to determine your comfort level with your doctor.

All Bill & Artisans formulations are composed of 95‑100% natural origin ingredients.

We do make an allowance for up to 5% clean lab actives. These actives fine‑tune the formula's botanicals, and are entirely non‑toxic, vegan, cruelty‑free and environmentally sustainable.

All Bill & Artisans formulations are vegan, and free from any form of animal cruelty or animal testing.
